Learn how to resolve the issue if your course tracker shows full completion but your certificate hasn't appeared yet.
Common reasons for delayed certificates
If you have finalized your course but do not see the certificate generation block, it is usually due to a minor browser caching delay or an overlooked mini-lesson within the curriculum.
Steps to fix certificate generation issues
- Verify your lesson progress: review your course outline in the side-menu. Check that every module has a full progress bar or a completion checkmark. Missing even a single summary sheet or brief introduction can prevent the system from triggering your certificate.
- Force-refresh the webpage: reloading the page forces your browser to pull the latest progress logs from our platform.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies: stored internet files can occasionally delay real-time interface updates. You can find instructions on how to clear your browser cache and cookies here.
- Switch to an Incognito window or an alternative browser: private windows automatically disable background extensions that might block platform scripts. Try opening Brisk in an Incognito / Private window, or switch to a different web browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Brave) to trigger your certificate block.
Still stuck?
