Why update your payment method?
Keeping your billing information current ensures you never lose access to your Learning Paths or AI tools. You should update your method if:
- Your current card has expired.
- Your previous payment was declined.
How to make the change
Currently, to ensure the highest level of security, payment method updates are handled by our billing specialists.
- Do not send your full card details via email.
- Contact our team at help@brisly.app with the subject "Update Payment Method".
- Our team will provide you with a secure, encrypted link where you can safely enter your new card information.
When will the change take effect?
Once updated, the new payment method will be used for your next scheduled billing cycle. If you have a failed payment, our system will automatically attempt to charge the new card within 24 hours of the update.
