Whether it’s a video that won't play or a button that doesn't click, reporting it takes less than a minute.
How to report an issue:
- In-App Support: Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner and select Help & Support.
- Email Us: Send a brief description of the issue to help@brisly.app.
- Course Feedback: If a specific lesson is broken, you can often find a Report an Issue link directly within the course player.
Pro-Tip: Before reporting, try refreshing the app or checking your internet connection. Most "bugs" are just temporary sync issues.
